Responsibilities:
• Friendly customer service focus
• Handle orders and requests for parts or parts information efficiently via phone
• Serve retail walk-in customers in store and process payments
• Organize and put away parts & inventory
Qualifications:
– Great interpersonal skills
– Effective Team Member
– Be self-motivated
– Work unsupervised
– 2 years of relevant experience in customer service
– Computer literate and the ability to learn new systems quickly
Capabilities Required:
• Ability to identify sequence of numbers and letters accurately and rapidly is essential
• Literacy skills and the ability to read and interpret orders, part numbers and shipping statements
• Lifting and moving merchandise of up to 50 pounds
• The ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
